Welcome to ITYWEB Services (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our WordPress plugin products, including the ITYCOD one-page checkout plugin (“Plugin”). By purchasing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of website(s) specified by your chosen plan (Starter: 1 site; Growth: 4 sites; Scale: 10 sites), for the License Period defined below.
2. License Term and Renewal
- The License is granted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase or last renewal (“License Period”).
- Upon expiration of the License Period, if not renewed, your right to receive updates, security patches, new features, and technical support will terminate.
- We reserve the right to disable, restrict, or limit the Plugin’s functionality on any installation where the License has expired and has not been renewed within 30 days of the expiration date (“Grace Period”).
- Renewing your License at the then-current renewal price extends the License Period for a further twelve (12) months and restores full functionality, updates, and support.
- This clause applies to all installations of the Plugin, whether activated before or after the effective date of these Terms.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed via PayPal at the time of purchase.
In cases where PayPal or standard banking channels are restricted or unavailable in the customer’s country, payment may instead be collected via an authorized local representative, using bank transfer, mobile payment, or another locally available method, on our behalf. Proof of payment and license issuance will be provided directly by ITYWEB Services or its authorized representative. All other terms in this agreement — including the License Term, Renewal, and Refund Policy — apply equally regardless of payment method or collection channel.
Customers should retain confirmation of payment (receipt, transaction reference, or message confirmation) for their records.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided the license has not been activated on any live website, as recorded in our license database.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@ityweb.com within the 7-day window with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
After the 7-day window, or once the license has been activated on a live website, all sales are final, though you remain covered under the standard License Term (Section 2) for the duration of your paid period.
5. Support
Support is provided via support@ityweb.com or on the Whatapp number (+97150 1695787) according to the terms of your plan (Email Support, Priority Support, etc.), for the duration of an active License Period.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share your license key with third parties
- Use the Plugin on more sites than your plan permits
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Plugin’s core code for redistribution
- Remove or alter any licensing or attribution notices within the Plugin
7. Intellectual Property
The Plugin, including but not limited to the ITYCOD one-page checkout plugin, its source code, design, features, branding, and all associated assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of ITYWEB Services. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the Plugin as described in Section 1 (License Grant) but does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any intellectual property rights in the Plugin to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Plugin is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin, including but not limited to loss of sales, data, or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting existing license holders will be communicated via email prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Plugin after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Terms
These Terms apply uniformly to all customers regardless of country of purchase, except where local law mandates otherwise, in which case the minimum protections required by that local law shall apply.
